Talent Trace assisted with the placement of financial managers and a financial accountant (all CA’s). Talent Trace has a strong management team, had swift turnaround times with projects and are exceptionally solutions driven (arranged temp resources whilst permanent candidates were being identified). Candidates presented were appropriate and of high-calibre which made the interviewing process easier and resulted in a shorter time to placement.

Communication is definitely a strength. Proper engagement is conducted with the candidate to determine whether they would be a fit for the role that they are applying for. As a candidate you are also kept abreast of the status of your application and the recruitment process progresses. Most importantly, proper feedback is given irrespective of whether or not your application is successful. This definitely contributes to a great candidate experience.

“Heena has successfully placed several candidates in various financial roles from Management Accountants to Divisional Financial Managers. She takes the time to understand the required role, our needs and the calibre of candidate. This allows candidates to quickly settle into their roles and perform at the required level (as if they’ve been in the role for much longer).
